I have been on methotrexate and Humira. Humira stopped working. Now they want to put me on Enbrel. I feel tired, itchy in pain and my brain is in a constant fog. I want to try a different way.

Yes Yes...ive been doing ""Dry Kneedling"" for about two months and believe me ..it helps tremendously with the pain..even tge excruciating pain..and it depends on your therapist technique..yes i go to physical therapy to have my dry kneedling done..it didnt work the first or second time..but that third time was a charm...

Osteopath? Have never heard of that. Sounds very intetesting. I'll check and see if i can find one around here. I know what you mean about the cold weather. I pretty much hibernate in thewinter. Thank you for sharing. I truly appreciate it. My best to you.

I have been on so many prescription meds over the years it isn’t funny. I’ve had an allergic reaction to most. I try not to take prescription meds if I can help it. The list of there side effects scares me. I’ve gone a more natural route. I see an Osteopath twice a month now. I use to see him once a week. He does massage and dry needling/acupuncture and other therapies to help me. It helps take the edge off of my pain. Because my balance is terrible I also do chair yoga and I walk everyday, which helps as well. I’ve been told I have a high tolerance for pain, but I still have days where I walk that fine line between dealing and not dealing with it. The cold weather is not my friend. I just take one day at a time.
Take care! I wish you a good day tomorrow.
