Isn't it crazy that we all have the same disease & it treats us all differently...? I do the best in Fall & Winter, I love snow! Heat & (especially) humidity are my enemies, no doubt!! I do my best to stay positive, look hard enuf & you can find something positive each & every day!!! I am frustrated with this disease, but ... I am thankful for what I CAN do;) Somedays are more challenging than others, but ... it's worth it to keep moving forward. Have a painfree evening my friends. Enjoy...πŸ’•

When Fall hits, I ache. All over. My sacral joints are fused, so pain is a norm. But the cold just does this debilitating ache that is unbearable. 😭
So, a couple little tricks help me:
1. Heated seats in the car are a must.
2. The instant body warmers you can get in sporting goods/camping stores are your best friend. They stick to your clothes, so I stick it to the waistband of my pants. It acts like a low grade hearing pad for 8 hours. πŸ˜‰
