Yeah, it's not the first time I've heard conflicting advice from " a professional ' it's working.

I had ACDF c4-7 surgery back in March and my neurologist and neurosurgeon told me I should never go to a chiropractor again. I was also told they could cause me to have a stroke. Which made me very sad cause I really like my chiropractor.

I am booked in for acupuncture on 7th November, my gp is doing it for me. I don't know how it's going to go yet as I have only just be diagnosed with spondylitis of the spine after 18 months of back pain so this will be my first of any type of treatment but it's being offered so I'm going.
