My husband had it since his 20s. It was severe and i dont know how he worked until he broke his back (he fell 30ft onto concrete). My daughter also has it since her early 20s. She gets shots. My son is in his early 50s and was diagnosed a few months ago. I was diagnosed about 9 months ago presenting with hip and leg pain.
