Thank you Lauren. I have definitely hit a.plateau. I am in.a.lot of pain. Have you tried to exercise and only be in.more pain? I only ask because with all I've read, exercise helps. It's not helping me. I feel worse after and I'm exhausted. I question if there is something else going on

Do you mean Cimzia? Probably!
I am currently on Cimzia and it has been working well enough for now. I started in Enbrel but it seemed to plateau and I declined slightly. Cimzia has been better, and although I have plateaued, it’s a decent place to land.

Spondylitis can present differently to each of us, so what works for some may not for others.

Prayerfully, you have a doctor who listens well and will guide you accordingly!
