I eat a lot of blueberries and a bunch of other fruits and vegetables everyday to keep my inflammation down. I eat a lot of salads.

Avoiding sugar, wheat and starches, most legumes, most dairy, preservatives, hydrogenated oils, and either minimizing or avoiding most meats, especially fatty and fried foods have helped big time. Getting 8-9 hours of sleep, exercising with low impact and stretching have all helped!

I’ve been taking turmeric, and cinnamon in my coffee. Don’t use sugar; it’s very bad for you in many ways. I also have been eating two cloves every morning. No processed food period! It’s is outright poison!!! That means no fast food or restaurant food. No packaged crap full of sugar and whatever other poison they use. Try ASMR videos on YouTube. Helps to relax. This book has been helpful also.
