👍🏻. Keep in mind if you get a rare side effect you made your probability a 100%.
Sounds like you have a good Doc!
Take Care
I have absolutely no reason to not believe in my rheumatologist she monitors by blood work every 3 months and I see her in person every 3 months. She has gone over the risks and side effects everytime I have to change any of my meds. If you can't trust the dr it's time to find a new one!
Agreed, but all should be throughly educated on all the risks/side-effects by a healthcare provider (not on their own research). Plus, the prescribing doctor should monitor for all, including rare side effects, on a continual basis. Corporate medicine is more churn and burn. $$$
This IBD or rare side-effect is worse than any AS flare I’ve had!
Nevertheless, it is “patient beware” while big pharma promotes (because it sells more at higher prices - IFY the US is the only country in the world that allows for prescription drug advertising) for greater profits. Always follow the money.
But its also a rare side effect
Ill that Taltz (taken for 18 months) is linked to IBD too. Sounds a little close to be coincidence?
