Most days are a 9 or 10. I have had a few off the chart. Average days are between 7-8, on meds. 😣

I have to accept it and try to ignore it. I really try not to medicate until I absolutely can’t stand it. The pain never gone. I started out on Embrel which was amazingly helpful but started having vascular issues and now am on Rituximab infusions every 4-5 months.

Aww sorry to see you struggling with pain. I take Celebtex and a muscle relaxer and busperone for anxiety due to severe chronic pain. I utilize ice packs Biofreeze on sore stiff joints and light walking to help loosen up muscles or walk in a pool to help relieve painful spine pain and arthritis This is real hard. Try to pace yourself rest and eat non inflammatory foods. No dairy lots of fish chicken veggies salad and fruits 🍌 Hope and pray you find relief. I see a neurologist for meds
