What Works Well To Fight Inflammation When Ibuprofen And Prednisone Aren’t Working?

I’ve tried methotrexate- it caused a terrible rash/burn on my neck. I really want to replace prednisone. I don’t like who I am when I’m on it. Suggestions on spasms and inflammatory meds appreciated!

I can't take Ibroprofen, or acetaminophen,

So Cymbalta,
Celebrex daily and Enbrel, once a week
