Thanks, unfortunately I have ME, arthritis and a load of other stuff going on so exercise is a no-no for me. I've ground gratitude and mindfulness have helped me to stay positive.

I hope the appointment went well and you're in less pain now.

I'm bedbound most of the time due to ME but on better days I have to use a wheelchair to around. Chronic pain is hell and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I have all 3, severe scoliosis, my neck is a mess and I get severe headaches, ears buzzing, my head feels like is under water, I have muscle weakness on right side of my face, eyes hurt, I’m a hot mess and can’t wait to see pain management doctor on Thursday so he can tell me bad results on ny lumbar and cervical spine! So depressing, it has turned my life upside down, had scoliosis all my life but never took care of it and now I’m 62 and suffering! Knowing that we have this support forum really helps mentally!
