Has Anyone Changed Treatment From Xeljanz To Another Biologic?

I have taken Xeljanz for about 5 yrs and am in a conversation with my rheumatologist about whether it is time to change. Symptoms that I never had before have started over the last 6-8 mo. Lower back pain, fatigue, low energy.
