When I have a flare-up, sleeping is about the only thing that helps with the fatigue. Sometimes eating a nutritional snack helps as well.

I think people with chronic or recurring pain become depressed, tired, frustrated, scared, and tired comes with all these things. Also, chronic pain makes every movement harder and sleeping harder, and relaxing and breathing nearly impossible. Muscle spasms make it harder to breathe and basically our entire body is in a state of panic all the time.
