Mine has gotten progressively worse over the past 5 years and it’s very difficult to stay mobile…. Walking is challenging. Even getting comfortable in bed at night is hard. I would say lack of sleep fro having to constantly change positions and just general mobility issues is the worst for me

Unfortunately I agree everything gets worse as I age. My back has a pinched nerve right now all the way to my right foot. If it keeps up using Voltaren gel,methocarbonal and tramadol I will probably be put on steroids
