David my lower back . I wouldn’t be able to function if I didn’t have surgery . I don’t want to be in a wheelchair as long as possible .
Buenos días. La faja la compré en Walmart pero en Amazon también hay
Yes i do in my lower lumbar with hardware. It helps me to be able to walk and move in less pain. I did a year and a half of back shots and worked. Before at 40 to have back surgery or wheelchair body giving out. I get the struggle! The weather is a major fact .

Sherri and Pam! OMG! Blessings to both of you(and anyone else with hardware. Sherri I see your x-ray and it makes me terrified! I am constantly doing things that I am not supposed to do😢 I decided to take the hardtop off my Wrangler and tripped and landed on my Right buttocks--HARD! If I had the amount of hardware that you have, I believe they would have had to scrape me off the driveway.
I am in enough pain with my shoulders😢 I cannot sleep on my back, even with my head elevated because my hands go pins & needles. I either sleep on my stomach or on my Left side..any other positions and I lose feeling or everything goes numb. I've battled this for almost a decade now. I often think that the pain that the Wolverine endured to get his bones fused into metal would be worth the agony! If my bones were metal..
Anyway, I plan on no more surgeries for me, for a while. 3 hip replacements, C4-C7, and 3 stents in my coronary arteries is enough for now.
Sherri! You have 6 spacers in your lower back? My L5-S1 are in pieces and my neurosurgeon told me that he couldn't use spacers in my lower back😢 he told me that his only option would be to screw the pieces together! That is why I have opted to not have the surgery😢😢😢 he told me it would be a long recovery(longer than most) and as active as I am, a fall would be disastrous and permanently cripple me or turn me into a paraplegic.
So, today I am cleaning out my garage, breathing in the smoke and haze from the Canadian fires, taking my prescribed pain meds and wishing that I didn't have this stabbing ache up my spine.
