We take Prevagen. It is helping gradually noticing. Numbers I would look at and forget before I could go to dial. I have been on one month of Prevagen and remembering the numbers now. Retired and out of the work:social world I also felt my mind not as sharp.

Mine seems to get worse but I haven’t worked in 3 yrs to keep it sharp.

I'm taking low dose Naltrexone and all my brain fog has gone x
