I was going to the gym and I went into a tanning bed for 3 minutes for the first time and I had to go to emergency room because I had a flare and my organs swelled so much I had a catheter put for a week!

I get a rash if I am in the sun more than about 20 minutes. Have been too scared to get into a tanning bed since diagnosis. I take Arava, Sulfasalizine, & Enbrel.
