Yea, I'll be 62 in April and the doc for the last 12 years said my lower back looks like a minefield with all the arthritis. Hard to get shots in the right place. Like 8 steps for me, hunch over for a minute, another 12 steps, cuss like a sailor, and soldier on. Heat helps me, but only when it's on, and gotta catch it early. I heard sugar is the devil 😈, and the less you take, the less inflammation you get. Also gabapentin helps. And motrin 3 times a day.
