I would get with an allergist, have them do testing and if anything comes back ask about allergy therapy (shots given/ made based on your allergies). I would get sinus infection that would become bronchitis and pneumonia every year starting in October running thru May for over 20 years. After 2 allergists and me fighting to find answers… I’m pretty much allergic to my environment once the house is shut up for winter. These shots have been a miracle. Good luck.

I should also mention if you’re on meds for AS like Cimzia, that will suppress your immune system.

I started an allergy therapy with weekly shots. After years of always being sick with sinus, allergies, pneumonia for months, this has so far stopped it.
