Hello Trace I can usually tell about 24hr before it kinda starts with feeling like joint stiffness and swelling you get that you feel heavy like your caring another 100pounds on your back, weather has a factor also its the low barometric pressure that makes you feel heavy, for me it can last 3 to 5 days, take my daily meds and hope for the best
The weather. I know when it's going to change to cold, which I do not tolerate well at all! Once it warms up I usually do much better!
The weather is my biggest one .
I'd have to agree with everyone in saying that the weather is the biggest indicator that I'm going to flare up and have issues.
Thanks Rodney.
Im reading responses & weather is a No.1 for many.
My friend was discussing the barometric pressure as well with me - good to hear a confirmation of same.
I think I must be mad…
The heat hits here and I can feel pain instantly.. but like our heat is ‘ as hot as’, your cold is ‘as cold as.’
I am sure I had a flare that lasted weeks - too too too!! much stress, & I just cant cope at all. Thats when I just keep ‘ in the still’ mentally & physically.
Im so aware how much they both affect this horrible dis -ease.
Thank you again ☺️
