I started putting muscle rub on my legs before bed potassium did nothing and putting lavender baby powder on my sheets Don't know why but it seems to kind of work so I'm going to roll with it

Oh gosh, yes! One heck of a roller-coaster, for sure! It took so many years of individual diagnosis especially to get help. I finally told pain management that there has to be a bigger picture here. Nobody I know has "this many things wrong with them. Took me long enough to come up with those words, and now I'm here.
