Does cold weather affect how stiff and the amount of pain you experience?

I have to keep going on walks weather permitting. It would be so easy for me to just give up. Because the pain I experience is horrible The stiffness is horrible It takes me about 2 hours to be able to get around and start moving like I should in the morning That's not counting throughout the day

Amen to the governtment studying different treatments for bone diseases.

That I try hard not to let this disease stop me no matter how painful and hard my day’s and nights be I continue to keep moving and praying for relief.
