Attending A Gym Under A Coach?
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have started a 4month course under the guidance of a professional coach. It is both for body and mind I’m really enjoying this. Do you believe it is ok to continue. I attend 3 50 minute sessions a week.

I agree I go to the gym four day a week and find it helps with my pain. Also, I take 800 mg of Ibuprofen and one tylenol. The combination of two medications has what is know as a synergistic effect. Meaning that two drugs act in common and increases the effect of just one medication. I also go for a massage twice a month. Ben

I go to a gym 5 days a week. I use the fixed weights and a Peloton Stationery bicycle. They also have a machine that works your lower back. I use light weight about 75 pounds ,,,working out and staying moving really helps my back pain.
