Although the pain medicine is the best relief for me, heat and ice, light exercise, and SalonPas gel help. Also, kindness, prayers, and understanding from others make a difference.

Yes, cutting out sugar and starch tremendously. It's hard to do because there is sugar and starch in everything. 😳

Good suggestion. Have u tried lidocaine patches. Also cutting out sugar and gluten can help rid inflammation. Blessings

Never let your pain control u. U control the pain. For rest i use healing scripture by pastor hagee utube. Take long deep breathes calm yor spirit. Have faith that u r loved and not alone.
No sugar or artificial. Use pure maple syrup. Coconut sugars. Raw honey dark plain chocolate all natural. Gluten free. Eat sour dough bread unprocessed flour potato or almond flour. Cut back on cheese n dairy. Use almond and oat milk. I also eat a lot of nuts seeds pickled asparagus n saurkraut.
Big sacrifice but worth it.
Work on a schedule. Walk everyday as fast as u can for 45 minutes. 3 days a week use stretching wt. or tai chi exercise Remember you control your pain and activity not the pain. Always get up n move when u feel the pain start think on good things. Rest a coupl times a day. Epsom salt baths.
Be lean and loose wt.
meds are addictive and cause other problems. Blessings.
