I’ve tried both and enbrel made me feel like I was doing chemo thearpy I refuse all biologics after trying enbrel which is hard as they are the answer supposedly but pain medications are the only thing that give me quality of life and that is sad and even harder to live

I have been on both. I can't really say what the differences are. But they both helped slow the progression of the disease. I was put on embrel very early. Then infusion. Then humara Then cosentyx. They all have helped and it's worth getting on something to slow the fusion.
