Yes, I too say I m going on the Anti- inflammatory diet then my husband brings home sweet rolls. I do have to get on the sugar. I know it worsens my symptoms. I have just started taking Termeric as well as prescription anti-inflammatory.

So sorry to hear this. I get flare ups too, and I believe mine is from inflammation. Going to start an anti inflammatory diet. Also taking Termeric Curcumin 95%.
It is so hard to know what to do. My chiropractor says icing is the best, and of course Aleve. My prayers are with you. 🙏💖
