How does humidity affect your spondyloarthritis? Do you think a constant steady temp with less seasonal weather changes would help flares?
I am thinking of moving to Hawaii where I was born and husband raised. I had no problems when visiting for a week and wondered if it was because it was a nice warm/hot temperature. We did a lot of driving and I wasn't as stiff as I normally get when in the car for a while. Just curious!

I haven't seen a pattern myself but I know any people think humidity or rain is worse. My.mom has AS and was worse in humid weather so she moved to a drier climate. I went to Maui and felt great! It's so beautiful there and easy enough to stay active with the climate. Best of luck!
Can rain make my back pain worse
I know this question has already been answered so forgive me please, but does low pressure systems like cold fronts affect AS causing pain?
Can the rain or snow make AS and osteoarthritis symptoms worse?
