This is good to know, because that’s what they want me to get is injections

I would research on what the are putting in you. My orthopedic surgeon refused to inject cortisone in my hip sockets due to findings that cortisone injections can damage cartilage with high dosages and long term use. I’ve had many central and bi lateral injections in my back and sac joints but seemed to not last long. For the risk and was before I was told that by my orthopedic doc I stopped doing them.
