Bring a neck pillow, plan to take naps as needed, find a way to still exercise (swimming, walking, or whatever works for where you will be traveling), drink a lot of bottled water. If you don't get enough water and start to swell then take a nice bath before bed. Oh, don't forget your meds, comfortable clothing, and a POSITIVE attitude. You will enjoy your travel that much more!

Driving is a pain behind the wheel. I noticed when it hit my eyes that it was really hard to drive in the day time. So I drive at night. My eyes get strained and I fall asleep at end of my trip for hours. I see myself needing a driver not to far in the future.
Life as a vagabond requires assistance.
Best to you
