If you have had a sacroiliac injection to treat your spondylitis pain can you tell me about the experience? I have my first scheduled for this week and am a bit nervous.
I had one in my left SI joint last week- it wasn’t terribly painful they numb you very. That was the best part - being numb for a few hours just to get a tiny break from the pain. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me the pain was back full force as soon as numbness wore off. Good luck I hope it works for you and you get some relief!!
Didn’t make much of a difference, and the difference it made didn’t last long either. It was basically a waste of time and money for me. I hope it helps you out though!
Greetings! I get minimal relief from injections, but major relief with epidurals.
Yes I've found that thee ONLY WAY to lead a Somewhat Normal Life, is Pain Medications and, FIGHT YOUR DOCTOR'S & INSURANCES THAT SAY, "OH, I WON'T PRESCRIBE THOSE OR THE INSURANCE WON'T PAY FOR IT"@ YES THEY WILL BUT YOUR DOCTOR'S HAVE TO PRESCRIBE IT, ""NAME BRAND TOO"", IT JUST WORKS FAR FAR BETTWR AND YES I'VE ALREADY TRIED THE GENERIC AND IT DOESN'T CUT THE MUSTARD! YOU'RE YOUR OWN Best Advocate period, Bcuz They're Counting on you NOT Fighting them and get another Psin Doctoe but, The Medications were put there for us in pain period!!!😇
I use capital letters as my vision being attacked by this Disease therefore Caps are easier for me to see...
