Gabapentin didn't work very long for me. I had like a hang over feeling. I tried Cymbalta seems be helping so far.

They now have added Lyrica and Wellbutrin
Still have pain every day some days I don't do much. Hot showers, muscle rubs and patches, stretches.

I have not found anything to help numbness and tingling. I take gaapentin for nerve pain 3 times a day.

Numbness and tingling? I have treated areas in a variety of ways. I was on Gabapentin for a number of years. I gained weight while on it but it stopped helping eventually and actually made things worse. Now I take a muscle relaxer called Flexor in the evenings. It seems to take the edge off and allows me to sleep. I also take some OTC meds for arthritis, like Tumeric and Vitamins B2, 6, & 12. Sometimes the numbness has been due to bone spurs at a joint and PT has helped. Other times I've used supports or taping to help with short term situations.

My daughter went to Lyrica, I went from Tramadol and recently to cannabis gummies. 50 cbd/50 . Tramadol was the best, but I got tired of fighting for a script. 50mg.x2 really helped. The gummies are a microdose, but it helps.
