I have pain but no swelling in the digits as well as finger joints. I guess its all part of the osteoarthritis.

I have been told that I have to have carpal tunnel surgery, but I had a stimulator implanted in my spine, and that has greatly helped with my numbness everywhere, as well as my migraines.

Hi, my left hand fell asleep (pain, no swelling) last April 2021, had a nerve test, something in elbow, 6 months later I saw the surgeon, he said Carpal Tunnel.

I had a stroke in 2008, don't know if it's related or this disease.
I wish you well and hope you get some answers.
You probably checked with your Dr, sorry, I am not much help.
God bless you 🌺

Yes - my rheumatologist says it's osteo, not my AS.
