I'm 45 with no history of trauma that caused my physical pain and discomfort. I've been dealing with progressive deterioration of my spine and joints since I was 28. It started with lower back pain by throwing out my back (I was picking up a sock) and went from there. I do know i spent years when i was younger just thinking everyone must feel this way because we degenerate. My doctor's said natural degeneration and now at 54 I know better. I didn't even know until recently all my ailments were connected in any way.

Vitamin D was really low for me and taking 5000 iu a day was helpful for sleeping and helps pain some.
