I believe my feet could be my problem I’m going to a great physical therapist.
I can only sit so long or stand in kitchen si long.
I ache most of the time.
I have calcium deposits on scalp.
I’m wondering about a podiatrist. My toes are my latest problem. Not looking for surgery, hopefully find some tips. Exercise, pt, shoes, adaptive items?
Seems legs are weak especially right side. Now off and on when I sleep on my right side my right hip hurts. I am so confused
My pt person just tells me I need more exercise? I had 2 k er replacements. 1 in 2016 and 1 in 2019. I think the second one I didn’t gey enough of correct exercise.
In other words: maybe I’m too sedentary? Don’t know but I’m willing to go try what I can.
