Members shared enthusiastic recommendations for mattresses that help relieve pressure and hip pain, with memory foam mattresses (especially 14-inch thick options) being the most popular choice, followed by adjustable Sleep Number air mattresses that allow personalized firmness settings. Several members emphasized the importance of adding a pillow between the knees to relieve pressure on the hips, with some also using multiple supportive pillows and memory foam toppers to create additional comfort layers. A recurring theme was that investing in the right mattress can transform sleep quality dramatically, with members describing their new setups as feeling like sleeping on a cloud and actually making them look forward to bedtime.

Yes ma'am pillows on that memory foam knees and back helps too. A couple muscle relaxers, tall Bourbon and Zoom Zoom, off the planet a couple hours. 😃

I bought a memory foam with purple, 14" thick and its like sleeping on a cloud. Cant sleep on anything else, lots of big pillows placed in the right place does about the same thing. Good Luck

I sleep on a pillow top mattress with a 4 inch memory foam. I still have pain but a lot less.

A variable air mattress works well for my back. My wife can have her side different and be comfortable.
