Do You Find Swimming Helps AS?
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

To go to an aqua PT place, it costs $100 per time and out of pocket. My husband for an exercise pool that’s actually about 6x10 and 4-5 ft tall. Somehow you attach yourself to a hanger on the top, and it allows you to swim in place. I’d like a hot tub that also has a swimming feature. Big difference in price. The one my husband found is about $2,000. The hot tub/swimmer is $10,000 plus. Has anyone used these, and did it really help?

I think swimming does really help! Ive joined a LifeTime fitness with a pool. Its cheaper than buying something for the house.

Not ours. I’m not sure I’d want to go to a public gym right now? Actually, I do t think I can do much. I just bought a big exercise ball. I’m gonna try that first.
