I went to therapy once but three times a week at $40 a trip, I couldn't do. I started doing what they started me on and did it at home. I downloaded some neck e decides and keep doing a few each day. My neck has been much better. I occasionally use Salon Pas gel with lidocaine if It starts acting up.
I spoke to my Doctor today and its spondylosis that Ive been diagnosed with.I apologise profusely if I shouldnt be using the spondylitis site as the Doctor said they are two different things.P lease accept my sincere apologies.
Mary,I went to a physiotherapist whose skill when she pressed parts of my neck unlocked the stiffness. That was £60 first session, and £40 thereafter. Worth every penny ,I know ,but would be great if there was a National Health class somewhere.I find it difficult to massage my own neck. However the base of my skull when I massage it brings comfort and relief.
