My chest , upper back hurt and feel inflamed. Makes it difficult to breathe Anyone else experienced this at one point. Having a hard time

I get it alot! Sometimes i have my son pop my middle back it usually helps do much. I know worst thing to do specially since ive had 3 lumbar surgeries only thing that helps tho

Anne, I have had it for several years off and on, but did not find out until this year when Enteropathic Spondyloarathy was diagnosed that was part of it. Anti imflamatories help but can cause problems with stomach and intestines. Also makes it difficult to wear a bra! We will get through it! Hugs
