I have spinal stenosis, scoliosis, broken T-11 which broke on its own. Numerous additional health issues. Diarrhea and constipation. Doctors are still trying to figure out if the diarrhea and constipation are related to spondylitis, Gastro issues, benign tumor on the left ovary, anxiety and stress. Medical Marijuana helps more than any painkillers I have taken in my doctors are happy to see me off the pain meds

I had pain for three years and everything pain brings. A year ago or year and half ago my doctor realized injections were only lasting a few weeks and talked to me about a pain pump. I decided to go for it. First came the trial to see how my body accepted the meds. It was good. Then Covid hit so it was put off until this February. I'm thrilled with the pain in my lower back, hips and thighs is gone. Before this, all I had was Salon Pas with lidocaine. Great stuff! I used the patches and the gel plus I had Tramadol and a muscle relaxer. I also used CBD oil. An army of medicine! As of today, I take Tramadol and salon Pas for my neck. I'm doing neck exercises and stretching which keeps me almost pain free. I'm grateful for my high tolerance to pain.Usually if I have pain, everyone knows I'm not whining.

Gabaoentine did not help with my nerve pain. Be aware that this medication causes no permanent cognitive delays like having difficulty with word retrieval.
