debilitating pain especially in the morning.
spondylosis and spondylolisthesis are different diagnoses.
Yes I have both. I take a load of meds: Humira, Methotrexate, Diclofenec, Cymbalta, Vitamin D3, B complex, Folic Acid and Oxycodone when needed. I got 3 injections in the neck, then an epideral steroid injection in the lower back. Now I will be getting another different kind of injection in my cervical spine next week. I had physical therapy a couple of years ago that helped alot. I also had dry needling along with the physical therapy that gave some temporary relief. I had to hold off on my meds a couple of times while I took antibiotics for an ear infection, then an urinary tract infection. I was doing much worse during the several months of quarantine when I was not getting any exercise. I am now trying to build up my strength and flexibility but it is very hard to do. I am putting trust in my pain Dr. I hope he can help me through some of this.
Yes. Stenosis, spurs, arthritis, and bulging discs!!! Ugh along with Non Radiographic Axial Spondyoarthritis, and fibromyalgia. It's really really tough. Getting another epideral in a couple of weeks plus on 7.5 percs 4 X's daily and tizanidin. It really does bite the big one. May have to try another pain block. I wish you luck.
Yes, I just had surgery 5 weeks ago, pain has returned after 3 weeks, will be getting an X-ray and see Nuerosurgeon this week to see what’s going on, I had severe pain after surgery and have a 3-6 month recovery period but the pain before surgery was gone up until 2 weeks ago which has threw me into a bad place right now, before that I had injections that didn’t help at all, and pain meds don’t really help that type of pain. What have you tried so far and is your doctors suggesting anything else? Also the Nuerosurgeon is the only one that found I had a birth defect pars defect during development in the womb when the spine comes together, mine was at the bottom and has caused development of several conditions over the years unknowingly, I’m 37 now, I was always very active even so up until 2 years ago and it hit me hard and herniated L-5 disc and it’s all been downhill since, all of these things I ignored came to a full blown status and debilitating
