Hello I joined this site not quite knowing what condition I have. After numerous X-rays MRI etc the best answer I get is Degenerative disc and a mild curvature of the spine mostly in the thoracic and lumbar area
I experience what I can best describe as intense back muscle tightness middle thoracic that radiates down in lumbar. I have had and still have terrible posture which has caused most of my issues
While I am not seeking a diagnosis I am looking to see if so am on the right page.

I have axial spondylitis and my main symptoms are pain in the SI joints and stiffness in my low back. I also have pain sometimes in my right hand, ribs, and knees. I used to have a lot of fatigue, but after changing my diet, it's much better. I also have anxiety but seeing a therapist helps. I was diagnosed based on SI joint pain, low back stiffness, inflammation seen on an MRI and HLA B27 positive.

I can't tell if this an older post, but have your docs check for HLA -b27.
What is nerve burning?
What lind of doctor would I see to explore this option?
What does the procedure entail?
