Dundalk, MD

What works better and faster; the gel or pull form?
Also, is the otc version just as good?

My insurance pays for 8 tubes of Volteran gel a month. It helps me. But if I use it every day. It doesn't work as well

SuellenSim,
I use biofreeze a lot and love it. I also sit on ice pack with it on spine and that helps me too. Hugs to all. And good wishes.

I was using Voltaren gel and definitely got relief. My Rheumatologist suggested I try Biofreeze, which is over the counter. Love the burst of cold...like an ice pack.
Pain free thoughts for all. πŸ˜ŽπŸ€—πŸ’

Any tablet you take has to go through the digestive system and takes nearly an hour to start working fully so I would think the gel form will be quicker acting.

Voltaren gel is helpful at least for a little while.
