I have uveitis and also have had a detachment in one eye followed by a macular pucker and a tear in the other eye. Three surgeries later I still get floaters. I find using eye drops have been very helpful and making sure to wear sunglasses when I am out.

I've just gotten the floaters also. One in each eye. In the last month.

My optometrist said he can get rid of them. Luckily I only have one.

I have a lot of floaters too. First a few large but then like they exploded. Eye doctor said nothing can be done. Told over time I would not notice then. 3 yrs now and they still bother the hell out of me. Now have dry eye on top of it. They put plugs in and have to put drops in every day. This stinks.
