I have a pretty good mattress, it's about 10 years old, could use a new one. This purchase and a new pillow may help me sleep better. π

I have an adjustable Sleep Number bed. It works great for me.
I have slept in a rocker recliner for the past 30 years, maybe use the bed once a week.Did notice that on my recent trip to Florida that the firm mattress I used felt great.Didnt wake up hurting and felt refreshed.I have always used a soft bed but think it's time to go firm
I have an adjustable bed that I canβt sleep in. After a couple of hours of sleep I would wake up with intense pain. I would get up and rest in my lift chair. My daughter suggested I get a new lift chair from a medical supply store. It took into consideration my height and stature. I now sleep in my new chair. It fits like a glove. I feel like I am getting a warm gentle hug. When fatigue set in it is my go to place.
Temperpedic with vibration, plus a My Pillow works for me. When needed, I use a heating pad or neck wrap. A hot shower and Tylenol on the tough nights help as well. Sweet dreams, everyone!
