My right SC (sternoclavicular) joint is way bigger than the right and achy. It pops every time I lift my arm above my head. Does anyone else have this?

Mine is more where my neck and cranium meet
Feels like they are disconnected some timed

Yes it happens to me too. I have had problems with lifting my are over my head for years.

I have the same on my left collar bone and left arm hurts when I rotate my shoulder it pops and cracks if I put my arms above my head they go numb after about 5 mins and left shoulder and neck hurts
