I have always connected it to my spinal fusion/decompression L4 - S1). Over the past few months I’m not so sure as the discolouration/bruising is so evident.
It’s also hard to examine with this illness as I find it difficult to look at my lower back lol
Epidural fat was mentioned in an early MRI - unsure if this explains it though... I’m a little sceptical
I really hope the pain subsides soon for you soon x

I have one certain spot directly on the spine, close to wear my bra crosses my back. I explained it like a deep bruise that has a knot. It comes and goes. I get really worried about it.
