I usually don't pay much attention to physical discomfort bit yesterday it got so bad I took myself to the ER. I was having severely nausea and loan up the sides of my back. Blood tests and a cat scan showed nothing wrong, in fact a couple of nurses commented on how they rarely see a healthier specemin of my age.

Members strongly affirmed that spinal issues can indeed cause nausea through pinched or compressed nerves, with many sharing firsthand experiences of nausea triggered by neck pain, spinal swelling, or pressure on the vagus nerve, which runs from the jaw down to the stomach and controls numerous bodily functions. Several members offered practical strategies for relief, including checking vitamin B12 and D levels (as deficiencies can cause severe nausea), using a TENS unit to relax tense muscles, trying yoga poses like child's pose, taking probiotics and magnesium for digestive support, and recognizing that pain medications and stress can also contribute to stomach upset. A recurring theme was the frustration of being told you're healthy when you know something is wrong, the importance of trusting your own body over dismissive medical opinions, and the solidarity found in a community that understands how invisible symptoms can isolate you from everyday life and relationships.

Yes it can. Our central nervous system runs through the spine and it can effect about everything really. My biggest issue as of late (past 6 weeks or better) is my restless leg syndrome 24/7 , it makes my legs feel week and feet sometimes numb. Among dozens of other not stop issues flaring up when ever they like.

Wishing you a well night and better tomorrow

I also use a ProTens unit. It is $30 from Amazon and has little paddles you put on your back or shoulders or neck.
Like at a chiropractors office you get electrical currents that relax the tension in your muscles. It lessons my usage of pain pills.

That's not true for everyone, some have no problem with pain pills causing constipation. Like all and any drugs, these side effects are different for many, and some have none at all.
