I made myself a couple of rice bags for my neck. They really help😊

Everything I've tried either didn't help at all or only helped a for a few days. I'm so tired of hurting all the time. My neck shoulders and arms hurt all the time. I keep a headache. I used my heating pad that has a massager In it. It did relieve my pain to the point that it was tolerable. You might want to try it everyone who would like too.

I think my best relief comes from time (as much as I can) in the sauna and my tens unit really helps the muscles to relax and and maintain their strength plus eases the pain of joints esp neck and shoulders

I've made three long cotton sock rice bags. I keep one in car. One in travel bag. Use the third one.. Plus it's handy for my tiny tea cup chihuahua ROMA.. KEEPS her warm.. She sneaks on it when I set it down. 🤣

Neither helped the pain or determination Velez’s helps a little when depressed for some and Wellbutrin is a mood stabilizer again didn’t help me but did help with the mood swings I go through due to frustration depression and anger usually from the headaches and lack of sleep on top of creaking and stiff joints and continual pain but I see a specialist and am taking Humira injections and high doses of vitamin D to slow progression and further damage
