Members rallied around someone facing chronic pain with few remaining treatment options, sharing medications and approaches that have provided relief when traditional pain management fell short. Several members recommended specific combinations including Tramadol with Neurontin, Lyrica at higher doses, Amitriptyline for nerve pain and sleep, Voltaren gel for topical relief, and CBD oil or medical marijuana where legal, while others emphasized the importance of working with pain specialists and rheumatologists to explore biologics or spinal stimulators. A recurring theme was persistence in finding the right combination despite frustration, the value of gentle movement like water exercises to prevent further pain, and bringing a family member to appointments for support and advocacy when facing dismissive doctors.

Hi I have a lot of nerve pain as well. Seen a pain specialist.. Tramadol 100mg work well with Neuronton.. 300 mg and vomvo anti inflamitries.. Take in morn and at night.. Only thing that helps. When u get it in control I ust rubs in between to help as well. I would ask your doc first.

Has your doctor discussed the stimulator implant with you? I had the trial and it was wonderful! I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for the first time in 16 years. Good luck, hope you get some relief.

Have you tried CBD oil? If you live in a state that medical marijuana is legal you should try edibles. I've seen documentaries showing different
types of marijuana for pain, nausea, etc. I live in KY and I doubt it will ever be legal here.
