@Advil I got rid of fibromyalgia by going on a wheat free white sugar free dairy free diet. This sounds hard. But first search for how. to do this. The book Immume System Makeover (90) days by Janet Maccaro; pH.D..C.N.C.is what I went by. Don't know if its still in print . You must follow it for 90 days. Then you can get off of some of it But never leave the wheat, sugar, dairy free. diet. Once in a while you can stray..And I used a TENS unit that works on the principal of Accupuncture. I can't take Ibuprofen either cos I have asthma. I take Glucosamine 1500mg. It takes six to eight weeks to build up in the system and kick in but it does help.
