Gabapentin with duluxotine (cymbalta) is used to fight off nerve pain. It can cause tiredness but more likely its your pain and lack of good sleep.

I have cervical neck problems and tired mostly in the morning. Maybe from laying on my back at night. I have thyroid issues and adjusting my meds. When you have neck problems it is sometimes circulation and also tinnitus. Hope you feel better.

Yes those pain pill will cause drowsiness. They also cause dryness , try eye drops for dry eye , make sure you stay hydrated . I often feel tired but the eye drops really help because my eyes were dry and not tired . You might try a supportive pillow to help with sleep .

I have RA, AS, Chronic pain, Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I recently had two cervical operations. I have other disorders but the chronic fatigue is what affects me the most. I take aderrall for ADD and it helps with energy levels. I don’t mind the pain as much as not having energy. 10 years with 7-8 pain all day. I am grateful because it could always be worse. I am frustrated at the lack of respect that providers have with people with chronic pain and fatigue. We are not the ones that created the opiate crisis. However, doctors won’t give you pain killers without taking some of your self worth away. Any suggestions? I am giving up very soon
