Hi. Your fall could be a factor in why you have Spondylitis. My doctor told me that the ovarian cyst I had a month to two months before I began having excruciating pain could be what triggered my spondylitis. He also told me that a tragic event can be a trigger which in my case would have been my cyst and that was the one thing all doctors I met with overlooked until I met my Rheumatologist.

Most of my problems were caused of 45 years of working and falling a lot. As we age we don't heal as good and brittle bones.

What about physical abuse by many different men? Violent gang rape? Mental abuse?

I feel like every time we have a fall, it harms the whole body. I usually fall on my face and have whip lashes. Loosing my balance a lot. Take care and read all you can about your problem.
